I would say you have a good shot at those schools based on the limited info you provided. The longer you are out of school, the less your academic career matters and the more what you have achieved with your time matters. Besides, you went to a great school and the GMAT would certainly go a long way to offset any academic concerns. Focus on what you have achieved professionally and how you have a mature perspective and strong leadership experience/potential. You will be in an applicant pool with women and particualrly those from India, so focus on what you offer that might distinguish you in this group (i am already seeing leadership and promotion). Cast a compelling vision for your post MBA career which leverages your expereince, write some winning essays and you should be a very safe bet for those schools. b-schools love for driven, smart, accomplished women leaders to apply.
