I need an honest profile evaluation even before I start preparing for GMAT.
My Profile: 10th - 73% 12 - 66% BE (E&C) - 66% Experience - 13 Years in Software testing only (no onsite experience) Worked only as a testing tools administrator all my career. No other exposure.
I am only targeting IIM A PGPX due to many constraints. Do I even stand a remote chance to make it? If yes, how and at what score?

your acads are not that great. I would highly recommend that you target a high GMAT and cast a wide net in terms of the schools in the next intake. You can include IIM C and IIML to your list (even XLRI or SPJAIN). You wont be eligible for IIM B due to the experience criteria. IIM A is quite particular about the acads, GMAT as well as what differentiated aspect you bring to the class. You need to create a strong narrative that backs your decision to be in just Software testing for so long. I have worked with similar profiles and my applicants have been admitted across the IIMs. Feel free to get in touch.
