Need career advice! (Consulting opportunity)

Hi Guys,
Need some career advice.
I currently work as an Operations Analyst at Citigroup… I’m part of the back office in regards to FX trading. I handle most types of FX products and also conduct some UAT testing for system migrations/enhancements.
I got offered a job from this consulting company as a FX UAT Business Analyst. Basically I would be operating everything in UAT, mimicking what a user would do in production. Its great exposure and I know it could definitely lead me into great paths for the future. I would learn how to use a bunch of FO trading systems such as OMS.
I never thought about getting into consulting. I would get paid more and I know I would learn quite a bit. I’m only nervous because I’m not sure about the job security and I don’t know how I’d like the idea of working from home. I have a very stable job right now, but there isn’t much growth in it. Would it be more wise to look at other opportunities within Citi for stability? The job is also not full time, but more based on "consulting hours"... which the HR said was typically around 8 hours a day... I would still get paid more than what I am making now.
Anyone have any advice for me? FX is definitely a field I’d envision myself down the road after my MBA.
