Hello All,
Myself Little Sahoo. Am currently working as Software Tester in a IT Firm and having around 3 Yrs. of Exp in same field. But on the other side am pursuing my MBA with HRM and ISM Specialization and am in Final Year. Though I have no experience in HR, I want to do my PHD after completion of my MBA. So, is it good to do PHD without any practical experience or it will be better if i will get some experience and go for it.
Hoping for the best guidance.

Yes you can do PhD straight after MBA without any experience. You can find the PhD programs at all the top schools. If you don’t have an MBA from a top school, it is better you work for few years so that you understand what you have learnt todate. Write to professors at top schools and try to collaborate with them on research. Help them with your inputs and show a keen interest in research. Also, you should remember that PhD is a very long journey with a strong focus on research. Good luck.
