I am interested doing Master in Accounting or MBA. I have taken GMAT exam two times but i am unable to get more than 320 score. What options i have to get admitted with 3.2GPA in B.S. in Accounting.

Can you provide more background details? What is your verbal/quant breakout on the GMAT? What work experience? How much studying did you do for the GMAT?

Depends on where you intend to apply. But I suggest you try to get at least 600 to be considered by a reputable MBA school (wouldn't know about your other option).
