Hi, greetings to all.

This is also my first post here. To start my GMAT preparation, I have planned to buy the following books: (haven't ordered yet)

1. Official Guide 11th edition
2. Crack the GMAT 2007 by Princeton Review.
3. Kaplan 2007 Premier with CD
4. Kaplan 800 2007

I don't plan to buy more books, as I think more books don't mean will help much and quite costly. I also see a lot of forumers here buy the GMATPrep CD from MBA.com. Is it really so good not to miss it?

And what do you guys think of my combination of books? Should I get GMATPrep CD too? I think I will be poor at verbal, should I get another verbal book and which one do you recommend?

Any comments are welcome. Thank you very much.

Hi all,

I've just finished my PR book and want to move on to a Kaplan one and I'm stuck. I have 2-

a. Kaplan Primier Program 2007 Ed
b. Kaplan GMAT 800 2006-2007 Ed

Which book should I go to next? I've heard some mention a third Kaplan book: "Kaplan 200x With BD". Is this the same as (a.) above or an entirely different book.

I've also read some say (a.) above is not worth spending time on...?

Thanks for your help,

-Saumil
