i am kiran from India, i have done my MBA on 2014 and having 2yrs exp in Financial services industry. could you please advise me which one is better is 2nd MBA or MS-Finance?

1) You don't have enough work experience for another MBA, at least not any worth going to.
2) An MSF might be what you would be interested in, depending on your stats and career goals.
You are going to find it difficult to do another MBA though. Admissions people screen for that stuff and there is a rather high hurdle you need to meet in order to convince them to let you do a 2nd MBA. Just a heads up.
