Hi! All,
Should I hire a private tutor on verbal? Target Gmat 680+.
My test date is 10/21. I know it's also kind of late for applying schools. I am hoping that I can finish my application within 2 months by end of Dec.
My test prep results:
Gmat Prep 1:610 Q47 V28
Gmat Prep 2:610 Q44 V31
I didn't revise all math topics and I am quite confident that I can push it to 48+.
I am very frustrated on my verbal.
My CR & RC are OK but I am extremely weak on SC.
Pls giv eme some advices. I am not English native but I know many non natives scored high.
Could you give me some lights?

It probably is worth hiring a tutor for verbal and English in general, which will help your AWA score too, not to mention your application essays! I would do it.

You can hire a private tutor if you do not feel confident. But remember in the end you have to do your home work. For SC read the Manhattan SC diligently and do all questions from OG-11. For critical reasoning read Powerscore CR bible which will help you a lot. And for RC you have to practice, practice and practice.
