Well, maybe not a deciding factor, but may help some people choose where to go to school due to proximity to finance/commerce centres internationally.

Chart 19 is particularly interesting for those interested in finance.
1) London
2) New York
3) Frankfurt
4) Seoul
5) Chicago
6) Tokyo

London won out over New York because of higher volumes in bonds and derivatives.
