1.I generally face lots of problem in interpreting RC.(always get lost in words) 2.Mark wrong answers in Sentence Correction. 3.Also critical reasoning in not so gud.

Start reading the economist or some upper level magazine! That helps

Economist is a very good source, but one should read it actively[ = Analyze the arguments in the article and do a little review/recollection in the end].
Best method for me to read actively is making short notes (which might be a bit over for this one)!
