HI Fallsheep888,
I'd like to know a bit more about your studies and your 2 Official GMATs:
1) How long did you study before taking each of your GMATs? How much time did you spend studying for the Verbal?
2) How did you score on your practice CATS (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
3) Do you ever have to rush to finish the Verbal section (and guess on a bunch of questions at the end)? Did you ever leave questions unanswered?
The Verbal section of the GMAT is as predictable and standardized as the Quant section is; instead of math rules/formulas/patterns though, you have to know (and recognize) patterns in logical arguments, presentation of ideas and grammar/style. This means that you CAN train to score at a higher level. If you've tried some resources that just haven't helped you to improve, then you might need to invest in some new resources.
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
