If ur score flactuates so much,I wud rather suggest u not to take the exam now, since real gmat is much more tuf than gmat prep. But scoring algo of gmatpreo is accurate.

Thank you for all your suggestions and help. Took my MGMAT 3rd CAT today and got V35. I agree that MGMAT tend to give high scores in verbal for some reason. Even though I got 15 questions wrong in MGMAT it gave me 35. In GMAT Prep, I got 16 wrong answers in verbal and it scored me only V25. I am confused now.

Is it worth taking old power prep tests? are these same as GMAT prep?. In the last couple of days, I am analyzing my answers more closely in verbal and I am starting to understand my fundamental problems.

Reading comprehension is my weakest. In GMAT prep, I got about 8 questions wrong.

I have to take the test no matter what on this 20th due to some personal reasons.

Son, I do not want to discourage you but from your description it seems that yout test on 7/20 will be a kind of very expensive GMATPREP. :|

Is it your first time ? If yes, relax and take it as a very good opportunity to be used to the test conditions, the time management, the scratch book and so on... Try to do your best and try to recognize which aspects you feel more and less confortable with.

Good luck.

It was kind of a disappointment. I am an Indian citizen and I did not take my passport so they did not let me take the exam. If you are taking GMAT exam in USA and you are not a US citizen/Green card, then please do not forget to take your passport, otherwise they wont let you take the exam.

I am going to take my exam by middle of September. I need to work hard with my verbal to reach the score I need.

Not to be mean, but this is clearly listed on mba.com/gmac.com

https://www.mba.com/mba/TheGMAT/TestDay/ ... cation.htm

It's your responsibility as a test taker to be aware of all the requirements. This has also come up on GMATClub many times.

Even if you are in India, you have to bring passport. No other ID proof is valid.

Yes. I have scheduled it again on 9/27. I am trying to stay positive and aim for a good score. This time I will surely take my passport. :)

Guys how do I get free access to GMAT club tests? I do not even have a single kudos yet. I am going to contribute to the forum to get some kudos.
