I'm in IT background (WE 8+), and got offers with similar money from Rady, Merage, Owen, and Carlson. Immediate post of MBA, I would like to be a product line manger in IT companies.
UCSD: Business week ranking 51 in 2014, famous for faculty repuation and entrepreneur concentration. Only concern it's too new for alumni, job placement, etc. UCI Merage: Business week ranking 31 in 2014, good location, good reputation in local areas. Not sure others like job placement. Owen: Business week ranking 30 in 2014. location seems not good as UCSD and UCI. But job placement is very good. Carlson: business week ranking 36. location not very attractive, but seems its marketing very strong.
I'm an international application. I would like to stay in US post of my MBA study.
I have talked with some of my friends in the US but I still dont have enough information for a confident decision. the MBA program is a starting point of a career path to me so it is very important to make it right.
Any opinion and information would help here on the options that I have, especially with the possible career chances after graduation.
Thank you so much for your support.

All 4 are great schools, UCSD MBA program is quiet new compared to the other 3. I am doing my MBA in the Merage School, so i will be a bit biased
Would recommend you to 1. Know what your priorities are (location, cost of living, fellowship etc.) 2. What you want to do post your MBA ( check the recruiting companies and the alumni profiles, talk to the admission team)
I am also applying to Merage and Owen so I will try and speak on my feelings towards those programs.
The location of UC Irvine is fantastic. It is near the beach and in the center of a growing corporate community, simultaneously it is less than an hour away from Los Angeles, the second largest metropolitan area in the country. I grew up in Southern California and UC Irvine is highly respected for undergrad and MBA programs. It is not as prestigious as UCLA, but because they are part of the same school system, the level of respect seems to be the same.
I have enjoyed the limited amount of time that I've spent in Nashville, although it is very different from California. I have family friends that have graduated from the bachelors and MBA programs at Vanderbilt and they are strong supporters of the school decades later. Based on the information they have given me, the local area is very supportive of Owen grads.
As you stated, the recruiting at Owen is very strong, which I believe has to do with the growing Nashville economy, but I also think it is a school that is relatively well known around the country. UC Irvine may not be as nationally known, I suspect this is largely due to landing in the shadows of UCLA and to an extent USC as well. If you haven't, look into the Merage Career Center's "Career Visioning" service. This was one of the strongest factors for me in choosing the school, I think it is a unique approach and especially beneficial for people looking to transition into a new industry.
A last factor that I will touch on is the cost of living. The average house in Irvine is $850,000 while the average home price in Nashville is $339,000, with suburban house prices landing below $200,000. Although I haven't even finished my applications, this may become a major factor in my decision making.
I hope I was able to shed a little bit of light on the differences between these schools beyond curriculum. Regardless, any of the schools that you listed should provide you with an excellent education and opportunities to build a rewarding career.
