I am not good at verbal either. But I am getting better at RC. If you have finished all OG problems, don't just going on to the next ones. Look through all the questions you have missed everyday. Make sure you know why you miss that. Then practice, practice, and practice on the question type at you are weak at. Maybe RC 1000 will help.
One thing which has helped me is not to panic and fast read the paragraph. I noticed that if I take an extra minute to understand the paragraph on my first read, it makes life easy when answering the questions.
Earlier I used to fast read to get a zist of the para but then ended up spending more time per question and having more wrong. I hope this helps
