I am consistently getting 43-44 in my MGMAT exam and GMAT prep exam for Quant. I really want to take it up to 48. Should I redo the questions in the OG or should I get the test from GMAT Club?

Doing problems blindly will not always be useful. You need to figure out why you are consistently scoring a 43-44 and move forward. How you approach a problem is very important and fixing this will be key to getting over obstacles.
