I would suggest getting some "fresh" prep materials, rather than redoing what you have already done. If you want some additional advice on how to improve your quant score, here are two helpful articles:

Whichever of the two options you opt for - what really matters is deeply analysing your pattern of mistakes - which can reveal conceptual weaknesses or systematic errors for you to focus on.

Slowly reviewing questions to see whether there are shorter ways to solve questions may be helpful. Identifying subtopics (i.e. geometry) that you are slippery on is also something to consider.

There's an in-house gmatclub math guide you may want to check out as well (can be downloaded for free as a pdf). Some Quant video tips on the gmatknight website you may find helpful as well.
