- Relative strength of my profile for my target schools
- Things missing from my profile
My profile is as below:
- Indian Male, 30 (at the time of application in Fall '17)
- Bachelors in Computer Engineering/Honors Distinction/2009/India
- Masters in Computer Science/GPA: 3.5/2010/Georgia Institute of Technology/USA
- Work Experience:
- Interest: Product Development
- GMAT score: 700
Planning to apply for the MBA Class starting in 2018.
Target B-Schools:
- Stanford GSB
- LBS
Please let me know if I missed any required information.

Thanks for getting in touch. I am going to break your heart here, anox, but I fear that with a 700 GMAT and as an engineer, you will be at a disadvantage at Stanford and LBS where the expectations for people with your background are very, very high. With a 700 -- and without knowing more about you -- I highly recommend you look outside the Top 20. If this is the year where you *must* get your MBA, perhaps look at schools where your current GMAT score is significantly above the program's average. My other suggestion is to switch your goal from "Product Development" to "Product Management." A slight wording tweak but more of an MBA-style role.
