OK, given that you have used a variety of resources to learn GMAT verbal concepts and strategies, it's probable that, mostly, you need to work on execution at this point.
So, I think your move is to do fewer questions per day, do them untimed, and shoot for very high accuracies, such as the following:
Easy - close to 100%
Medium - 90%+
Hard - 70%+
Any time you miss a question, determine why you missed it - knowledge gap, execution issue, etc. - and address whatever issue you find.
In the process of achieving those high accuracies and by addressing issues, you'll develop the strong verbal skills you need for achieving your score goal.
