To clarify your question, are you targeting a start in the Winter / Spring of 2019 (e.g. January 2019)?
Many top U.S. programs do not offer off-cycle start dates in order to maintain the cohesion of their classes. That said, there are some opportunities:

Columbia J-Term: Columbia offers an option to start in January and continue through with classmates that started in the fall. This accelerated option requires classes through the summer, precluding a full-time internship

Kellogg 1Y: Kellogg's program starts in July and continues until the following June. This accelerated program also precludes having a summer internship.

Cornell 1Y: Similar to the above, this starts in May and runs til the following May. Eligibility requires another advanced degree or certification (see their website for more info.
