These are few of my recommendations:
1. Download the GMATPrep software and take a test to understand your current level.
You will find this in mba.com(where you need to register for your GMAT)
With that score in your hand, it would be easier to understand how to move
ahead with your preparation.
2. Follow Bunuel at the Math Forum(for Quant Section)
His signature contains some awesome questions that give you the true taste of GMAT.
Baker's Dozen, 12 Easy Pieces etc..
Even otherwise, solve each and every question he puts up on the forum.
They will give you all the practice that you can ask for.
3. Since you are only beginning with your preparation,
it makes sense to first clear your concepts for every topic.
Follow that up with some practice(preferably from the
OG)
You can find more questions(specific to that topic), here at GMATClub.
The Timer feature will give you a feel of the original test.
Once you are clear with your concepts and need tougher questions :

GMATClub Tests.
