Hi Guys
I have recently taken GMAT exam and scored 660. My Quant score was 44 and Verbal was 38. My goal is 720/730 range.

Hi ahsan9999,
First off, a 660 is a strong score (it's right around the 80th percentile overall), so it could be enough to get you into your first-choice School. As such, a retest might not be necessary. Depending on the Schools that you plan to apply to, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:

If you do choose to retest though, then we have to examine how you were studying - and tutoring might not actually be what you need.
Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What materials have you used?
3) How have you scored on each of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
Goals:
4) What is your goal score?
5) When are you planning to retake the GMAT?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
