Hi Shreeraj,
Ok so it sounds like you are a reapplicant to Cornell, but that you've only made minimal changes to your application. It's pretty difficult for me to answer that question since I haven't seen your first application. The real key thing to do is to show how you've improved your profile and show that you've grown professionally, as a leader, etc. over that time. You need to pinpoint the weaknesses in that first application and really show that you've addressed those this time around. That can be achieved with new essays that showcase new experiences you've had or a new career narrative you've landed on, it could be achieved with a new recommendation from a manager that recently staffed you on a project, or it could be a achieved with an updated letter from the same recommender as last year, but with lots of great updates about your recent progress. I can't say without seeing your application and knowing you better, and unfortunately, that service doesn't fall within the scope of this forum

As for whethery you are being too ambitious: it seems like you have a good range of programs there, but I would suggest adding some safer schools to the list in case you do not improve your GMAT score.
Hope this helps,
Mili
