Hi I'm an engineer from India (well,most Indians are 
).My undergrad gpa is 3.3.GMAT score 650 and toefl 105. I'm a shareholder/co founder of a new division in a healthcare company in India and currently working for 18 months.I plan to do my MBA from US solely to get international exposure.Getting a job after MBA is not that big a concern for me because I intend to come back to my company after 2 years..I was good at extracurriculars,was class representative and Branch representative in my university.I've organised blood donation drives in college.Represented my college in the univ level field hockey and softball.Have done volunteer work for an NGO.What are my chances of getting into a top 50 B-school?I plan to specialise in Business strategy and innovation.Which b school should I look for and how strong is my profile?Suggestions are most welcome

Hi jokeryj,
Your profile is very good. Owning a startup , NGO work, blood donation, everything speaks up good for you.
Though your 650 GMAT score may be a small problem if you want to get to the top US colleges ( also scholarships may be a problem), but still you can get through with a solid application.
Though you can get into the top 50 surely, but I suggest you retake the GMAT ( aim for 720+) and then you can even apply to the top 15.

I want to apply for 2014 fall.It is too late to retake the gmat and I don't have much time to study for it.Which school do u recommend?And it is not exactly a startup.It is an extension of a 15 year old company and I manage 2 people in the new division.
