Planning to Take Gmat in Jan 2012,currently i have 2 months to prepare for the Exam,any suggestions,resources or plan for the exam will be appreciated

That's too much of an open ended questions.

Start with a practice test. Review the results to develop a study plan (start with weakest sections, identify why you're scoring low and work to improve). Use other practice tests when you feel you've made some progress to gauge this progress. Adjust your study plan as needed.

Keep an error log through the prep progress. This is key to overcoming certain obstacles.
