bewakoof, don't worry about your kaplan scores as you might know, it is of above average difficulty level. The only thing which could raise an eyebrow is the math questions for if you want a good quant score 47+, you should definitely get less than 15 mistakes.
Verbal, especially RC, should be dismissed as overly convoluted so don't fret over it. My Kaplan scores were all below 700, from 590 to 690 and I still got 710 on the real thing.
Kaplan is to avoid in the 2 weeks prior to the exam as it will just wear out your confidence. Instead, focus your energy on PR2005 or more recent versions. Of course, if you have not done the GMATPREP CDs, do it. Moreover, the challenges, at least to me, are very effective in building up your stamina and math skills.
