I want a complete math refresher. I have taken math up to calculus / business statistics in college. Its been many years since graduation, and I clearly have some big gaps in my skillset.

Any other recommendations? I learn math best using the old-school pencil/paper practice, practice, pratice method. I want to have ALL concepts covered, and move from easy-to-hard over the next 2 months. All advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I think you are very well covered here. i can't think of another GMAT book to recommend.
