I'm planning to apply for Spring 2020 weekend programs and took my GMAT in April'19 scoring 680. Attempted twice again after that, almost topped in Quant but failed miserably in Verbal both times.
I am currently drafting the applications and after speaking with with some alums, got an impression that a 700+ score will -
1) Help me get into the consultant role after MBA
2) Strengthen my application (although the adcom's said 680 is fine for the weekend MBA)
3) Will put me in line for scholarships.
I am too tired to start with the preparation again and not even sure if the schools will consider new GMAT once I submit the application (which I am planning to do in the next week or so).
Any advice suggestions especially considering point 3 above will be appreciated.
