I need feedback regarding Aristotle SC GRAIL and RC 99 . I have already purchased Manhattan Books for SC & RC. Is purchasing them also gonna make much difference in content available for theory input.

Aristotle SC GRAIL is a good book. I have not tried RC99 thus I can not comment on that book. You should start your preparation with Manhattan SC and after few weeks check your performance.
Try these notes after Manhattan SC.If you think you still need more input, then buy the sc grail.

The good reason to buy Aristotle SC GRAIL is that it is very concise and easy to read.

I agree with gurpreetsingh. Aristotle SC Grail is indeed a very good book. However, it is only for those targetting at 700+ because it discusses quite a bit of grammar which is required to score 700+.
Instead of using either Aristotle or MGMAT Verbal books, I'd rather prefer using both of them.
To begin with, you may want to start with MGMAT SC Guide and then move on to Aristotle SC Grail.
