New Forum Functionality - "Spoilers"

We have added new forum functionality that hopefully will be useful in many forums, but especially in the Verbal Forum and Math Forum for posting Answers and explanations to the questions.
The "Spoiler" function allows to hide text from the reader and the text will remain hidden until the reader clicks on the field. There are 2 ways to make spoilers, here are two examples:
1. Background Color - click on the black rectangle below
[spoiler]Example 1. This text will remain hidden until you click on it[/spoiler]
You can hide quite a bit of text in this area and it will be visible once you click on the link to show it.
How to make these? In the message post window, there are 2 new buttons - use them to hide text, answers, or other information that readers may prefer to see later.
