Hi @bb , I haven't purchased GMAT club test till now but I don't think the Dashboard should look like this(Kindly refer to the file attached). I have been seeing this issue since yesterday.
Kindly check it from your end.

It appears that the issue might be related to the cache on your browser. To resolve the issue, you can refresh the page by pressing the Ctrl and F5 keys simultaneously a few times. Let us know if it does not help.

I did refresh the page and cleared cache , but its still not working...
Browser I am using is chromeVersion 112.0.5615.137

Visit the page that you are experiencing issues with and Please use CTRL + SHIFT +F5 to clear the cache on that page. You may have to do this a few times.
We are working on forcing the browser to clear the cache automatically but it won't be ready for another day or to potentially.

bb seems the command given is for windows OS.. can you share command for Mac?
or else I will wait till the issue gets resolved by IT team at your end..

There are two ways that you can do it:
Hold Shift + Click the Reload button.
Hold down Command + Shift + R.

bb there seems to be some issue while selecting the bundle packages.. ' screenshot attached'
upon selecting from option 1 , the option 2 disappears..
for instance I want to buy elite + gmac tests 3 to 6 , but I am unable to do so ...
also is there a possibility of using reward point to buy these bundles?

i was checking elite package it was showing 50$ but in above screen shot it's 30$?

Yes, that is because it is upgrade pricing and it depends on the package you are currently subscribed to.
If you subscribe to standard package, your cost to upgrade is $50 but if you subscribe Pro, your cost is $30.

Thank you for pointing it out.
We are getting out of offering GMAT Prep Packages - we are distributing the remaining few we have purchased a while ago. I only have a handful of these left and it is a manual process that I would like to get out of. We will be discontinuing them. My guess I will run out of these in about a month and then we will remove them.

Meanwhile I will add them to the Elite package just to have for consistency

Actually I apologize, it looks all bundles are temporarily down/unavailable.
Asking to restore this functionality. Not sure why they were disabled. I know they worked before this release

I have redeemed my 99 points in order to access GMAT club test ELITE. Per the title, the access is for 2 weeks but in the description it is written 1 week.
Kindly clarify on the duration(1 week or 2 weeks) and also my access to these test is pending.
Please provide your support.

Thanks to a GMAT Club PM Intern, angelscry97 and her hard work on the GMAT Club Tests - conducting user research, defining features, and working with developers to execute them, we have a significant update to be released on May 8th. Here is what will be available in the new version of GMAT Club Tests:

New clean and updated Test Interface

With the upgrade of the test page's interface, you will have the same experience as on a real GMAT test, knowing what will happen in reality when they take the test. The new interface, similar to the real test interface by GMAC, will provide users with full information, including necessary notes in the test center or online, and so on. We hope this new GMAT Club Test version will help candidates have the best preparation for their test to gain the desired scores.
Dashboard page

This is a completely new feature developed with the aim of helping users track their practice performance quickly and accurately. Dashboard page provides the most important and general information about a person's progress with GMAT Club Test. The information includes: number of questions/tests taken, performance comparison charts between different time periods and different types of tests. With this new dashboard page, we expect to assist users to clearly understand their own abilities, what they do well and what they need to improve. The dashboard page also provides suggestions to users on how to take advantage of the features of the GMAT Club test to help them achieve the high score.

The new dashboard page will be applied for all GC Test’s subscribed users but it will differ among types of users.
New Test Analytics

If the dashboard page is a completely new feature developed to give users an overview of their performance on the GMAT CLUB TEST application, the new test analysis page is a perfect upgrade from the current version to help users understand in detail about their performance in each specific test.

In this new version, in addition to the familiar information as in the old version, we have added new features to enhance the user experience and help users understand more about their performance, from which users will have a more effective study and practice plan. For example, more detailed information about test-takers' performance in each sub-section of the test has been added to the new analysis page.

The new test analysis page will be applied for all users using the tests.
400 New Hard Questions in a new Legendary Package

Legendary Question Set consisting of 400 brand new extra-hard GMAT questions
- 324 Quant
- 76 verbal
- Plus Over 500 new explanations expanded and improved, making GMAT Club's questions even more valuable!
Please note that the Legendary Question Set is a part of the Elite Package that has to be purchased separately.
Challenge mode - New Feature

A new feature designed specifically for applicants looking for a very high score. Challenge mode allows you to set the time per question in your Practice Set. When you choose Challenge mode, a new time box will become enabled, allowing you to push yourself with faster timing such as 1.5 mins per question or perhaps you can also take 2.5 or even 3 mins when you are focusing on extra hard questions.
New Elite Package & Checkout Experience

Both the Legendary package and challenge mode will be the perfect choice for those who want to conquer the difficult questions in the exam and aim for a score of 730+.
New GMAT Focus Features Coming this Summer

We will be working on upgrading GMAT Club's Tests once the GMAT Prep is out and will be rolling out GMAT Focus format as well this summer. At this time, you will not be able to take the Focus version of the test until October (or possibly later) so currently we are targeting August for release of the GMAT Focus Features. Let me know if you are looking for them sooner. GMAT prep is slated to release on June 6th based on the announcement

Yes. You will be able to use the rewards points for the new package but it won’t be automatic as it is for the standard and pro package right now which means you’ll have to wait for about 2 business days for manual activation.
