Hi ArindamLucky,

To add to bb's post, "pure math" questions have also been removed from the pool of DS questions. There are more changes though. You could go through this article to see how the new GMAT is different from the old one.

Yes, pure math questions have been removed from DS but they are still on the PS, so you have to study that material one way or another, it is just tested on one type of questions instead of multiple question types... but if someone is working on the DS, then definitely good to know, though again, they still have to cover the material one way or another :)

­That's true.

I think the change no one talks about is the move from 2 optional 8-minute breaks to just 1 optional 10-minute break. Not sure why GMAC thought that'd be a good idea.  :)­
