True Rhyme, I start September 7th. It is fun to begin to look at what classes I want to take and concentrations I want to pursue! Have you decided to got to GSB or are you still waiting to hear from Kellog?

I've pretty much decided to give Kellogg up until the deposit date. I honestly still don't know which I'd pick. I'm hoping that the GSB admit weekend lays to rest any doubts I might have and solidifies my decision.

Y'all,

Quick update. I was planning on attending a FT MBA this year, but life had other plans! My father recently became terminally ill, I need to move home to take care of the family (being the oldest child). I was summarily shot down by Wharton and Harvard, and placed on the waitlist of Chicago. Upon discovering the news of my fathers health and making the decision to move home I asked Chicago to transfer my application from the FT program to the PT weekend program. After re-interviewing for the PT program I was accepted. So now I plan to work in Utah and pursue the MBA on the Weekend. I must say the Chicago staff was very helpful and accomodating during this entire process. Ultimately, it is not what I envisioned when this process began, but I must say that I am excited nontheless. So my application saga ends, good luck to those awaiting decisions!

Sorry to hear about your dad! ....but i am glad you still made the best out of it...

As Forrest would have said "Life is like a chocolate box. You never know what you are going to get."

You just got a bitter one...i am sure the others will be much much sweeter.
