I have tried it but I still receiving the same error msg. Alternatively, I have reported the same issue to GMAC. Maybe, they would resolve it in day or two.

Thanks for your response BB. However I am facing no such issues in the settings of the GMAT club. Yes, I had faced some issues with my GRE prep club account.

I think there is something not very usual. I am wondering if your device or browser are configured in some special way (which may also impact your mba.com account). Are you using any kind of a particular browser, operating system, device (e.g. tablet) or privacy settings/etc?

I'd like to fix it but I need to be able to reproduce it and logging in with multiple accounts on my computer, the settings page works, so I am trying to figure out what settings I should have on my computer/browser. Appreciate any tips!

I guess you have misunderstood it. The problem I am facing regarding the notification setting is that with my Gre Club account not with the gmat club account. And the error issue that came into my mba.com maybe I should delete the cache and retry it once more if in case the issue persists then I have already reported the same issue to gmac maybe they would be able to resolve it from their end in a day or two. I am facing lot of problems since from morning due to my weak internet connectivity.

bb, I have just checked GRE site settings . It’s working . Thank you so much for the prompt replies to my queries.

Even now I be able to access my account on mba.com website on Mozilla Fox but somehow it’s still not working on Google crome.

Ah! Glad you got to it. I would say try incognito mode in chrome first.
