With 3.5 years of work ex, and GMAT 675. which all schools can be considered? Main stream would include ISB, NTU, NUS, INSEAD but what are some other options as well ?

While 675 is a decent score, it might not be enough for INSEAD without putting your profile in perspective. What company and field you have worked and your post-MBA goals would shed more light on school selection. NUS, NTU would be sage bets based solely on your GMAT score. Does anyone know how to get the foundation of gmat math e book from Manhattan prep it’s not available for download in amazon nor in their website.

Also, I’m not sure which Amazon market you looked at. In Amazon US, the book is currently listed as a Kindle ebook at a price of $0.00. You may need to put it into your shopping cart and check out as a normal purchase, but the cost should be zero from what I can see.
Selecting schools is as much a science as an art. Your school selection should not be done solely based on the score. You need to consider your post-MBA career path and whether the school can get you there or not. "If you don't know where to go, then any path is fine."
