I am new to the gmatclub and wanted some advise on how to prepare for my gmat. I gathered some information from a few people who have some experience regarding this, I was told to consider the e-gmat online course and not pursue any coaching center for example Jamboree (which is a complete waste of time and money + online reviews were not good). I also tried researching on my own and found Optimus-prep pretty interesting and doable, I have also got hold of the manhattan study material. What I personally felt was to club manhattan with optimus-prep, any advise if this is all right?
The thing is that there is so much of information available everywhere and everyone has a completely different opinion/way on approaching the gmat.
I would appreciate if some one could help me out with some good advise.

Each person has a different style of learning - so you should find the one that works best for you. Our program is highly audio-visual -- we only teach what you need to know for the exam. We do not use fancy grammar terminology and our approach helps you find the answer without necessarily reading every single word or answer choice.
On math, we identify the core types of questions that show up again and again -- sum of sequences, rates, mixtures, selecting members from a committee, odd/even exponents, etc -- and we do variations around those core problems. We believe that only after you understand all the subtle variations around a core problem can you really feel comfortable attacking a similar-looking problem in the future -- but with different numbers or structure.
