Should be C.

The other choices are ridiculously wrong. What is the source?

I received pm from "rampuria" C is not OA.

On Second try..

Will go for D.

here "will" --> (noun ) determination

sub : municipal will

X had made this boast reality.

only D makes sense.

What is OA?
What is Source?

I think C. Most of the choices are outright rejects. What is the source of this question?

I disagree. In that case, municipal "would have" is better choice than "will had"
C is the best.

OA is D

X2suresh, could you explain why you chose past perfect over simple past in B. What are the two time frames involved?

X made made --> two made's doesn't make sense.

in A

x had made made --> outrageous..

you are right.. reality is reality.. I don't think we have powerful reality or powerless reality.

Other options are even worse.. (truely speaking..All options look bad)

It's better we shouldn't waste our time on this question..

What is source Mr Rampuria.
