Hello, how are you?
Something happened before the first GMAT test in my life...
My test was scheduled on April 19th(at a test center), but I got a positive result for COVID-19 today, so I have to change the test date. (Self-quarantine for 7 days according to our country's regulations)
So when I try to change the date, there is a $150 charge, but is there no waiver for the change due to COVID-19???
I had to change the date quickly before the reservation was full, so I paid for it, but has anyone had a similar experience?

You can e-mail GMAC for waiver of charger paid for date change due to COVID-19.

I'm sorry to hear about your COVID diagnosis - that must be incredibly disruptive right now. Since the re-scheduling system at www.mba.com is automated, the response to have you pay a rescheduling fee was based simply on the short time-frame to your prior upcoming Test Date. As Kinshook has pointed out, this is ultimately an administrative issue, so you should reach out to the Support Team at www.mba.com to resolve this issue (and there's a reasonable chance that you will be refunded the $150 fee).
