Conclusion- No computer will ever be able to solve everything that some human can solve.
Reasoning- Computer solves problem by following only mechanically applicable rule.
Assumptions- There are some problems which are not solvable by following any set of mechanically applicable rule, and at least one human can solve these problem.

A. At least one problem solvable by following some set of mechanically applicable rules is not solvable by any human mind. talks about problem not solvable by human mind

B. At least one problem not solvable by following any set of mechanically applicable rules is solvable by at least one human mind. Correct

C. At least one problem solvable by following some set of mechanically applicable rules is solvable by every human mind. talks about every human

D. Every problem that is solvable by following more than one set of mechanically applicable rules is solvable by almost every human mind. talks about every problem

A. At least one problem solvable by following some set of mechanically applicable rules is ((not solvable by any human mind.)) - this just the opposite of what we want. Eliminate.

B. At least one problem not solvable by following any set of mechanically applicable rules //is solvable by //at least one// human mind.// - looks good. If this was not assumed then the above conclusion that a computer cannot solve all problems as all problems cannot be solved by applying set mechanical rules, would not be true. Also mind that it is mentioned in the argument that some human minds can solve such problems. Thus, B could be a valid option. Keep.

C. At least one problem solvable by following some set of mechanically applicable rules is solvable by ((every human mind.)) - it is mentioned in the argument that some human minds can solve such problems.

D. Every problem that is solvable by following ((more than one)) set of mechanically applicable rules is solvable by almost ((every human mind.)) - incorrect.

E. ((Every problem)) that is solvable by following at least one set of mechanically applicable rules is solvable by at least one human mind. - incorrect.

Hence, B is best.

Conclusion :
computers can only solve problems by following some set of mechanically applicable rules.

Premise:
No computer will ever be able to do everything that some human minds can do, for there are some problems that cannot be solved by following any set of mechanically applicable rules.

pre-thinking:
Gap between these two should be the assumption. which is some human minds can solve problems that cannot be solved by following any set of mechanically applicable rules.

Only B is on same line. B is the correct answer.

B as argument says human can solve problems which donot follow any set of mechanically applicable rules that cannot be solved by computers
