Ist statement can be re-written as:
No one reads weight-off if he is thin.
2nd statement can be re-written as:
No one reads Weight-off if he eats choc.

Implies that Thin people and people eating choc do not read weight-off.
Implying that thin people eat choc and fat do not. Which is choice E

OE:

Three possibilities exist:
(a) You read Weight-Off magazine, are fat, and do not eat chocolate.
(b) You are fat, eat chocolate, but do not read Weight-Off magazine.
(c) You eat chocolate, are not fat, and do not read Weight-Off magazine.

Thus,
(A) is inconsistent by (a) and (b). (B) is not inconsistent if (b) and (c) are void of people. (C) is not inconsistent if (c) is void of people. (D) and (E) are not inconsistent by (c) and (a)
