These are for practice and NOT to simulate the day experience. These are NOT CAT anyways. It restarted my test when I did End Test - NO Pause Option?

I think, in no-where, GMATClub members indicated that these tests are CATs, anyway! You are correct: these tests are only for practice purpose.
IMO, pause option should not be exercised even if you have that option in a test (though I don't know if there is any pause option in GMATClub tests).

There's no pause on the real test. If you can't block out 150 minutes to sit down and take the quant/verbal portions, why even bother?
If you only have 30 minutes or so to burn, better to just hit up some OG questions or an online drill, question bank, etc. CATs are for working on stamina and pacing strategy. If you don't have sufficient time to complete the CAT, it's basically an exercise in futility.
