IMO A
C D E are eliminated since no -correspoding to - in question stem.

also among A and D -> this has represented is wrong here

Eliminate C,D,E, spriya said why. The correct tense of the verb is present, so eliminate B. A is correct

A) seems fine
B) not parallel. requires "that is.... that represents..."

C/D/E requires a closing hash.
