I appeared for GMAT online exam on 28 October and have not received the score anymore else facing the same issue

60 days is way beyond what is normal. Definitely reach out to customer service (www.mba.com).

Hi bonglu,

There is no reasonable explanation for why your Official Score results would be delayed for 60 DAYS. As such, it's far more likely that whatever investigation was being done in regards to your Score was somehow "lost in the shuffle" at some point in the process (re: whoever was responsible for evaluating your Exam failed to further the review process by providing the necessary information). This next step will likely be a bit frustrating, but you'll have to reach out to GMAT/Examity - possibly multiple times - and insist that they resolve this issue.

In general, it is probably a good idea to start making inquiries 10 days after a "still un-official" test.

Hi All,

I have called them thrice, Sent emails a dozen times but still not getting a valid response.
Any ideas on how can I escalate this matter to GMAT.
