A University of Bath School of Management MBA is ecstatic about his job at a bank that gives no bonuses to its bankers. He went on the MBA to make a career switch but it didn't happen. He landed a job as a private banker for Handelsbanken he can't wait to get to work each day! There are no-bonuses over there! Anyone else know banks that operate like this?
