Try using a different browser. Download chrome - that should solve the issue
I have tried it through chrome and IE only..

I see from your screenshots above that IE is only showing a warning. Go ahead and say "OK" or "Yes" for download. You should be fine.

I'm surprised that Chrome is giving issues. Try Firefox as well, in case things dont work out.

There is no option of a "Yes" or a "OK" in IE.

There is no option of a "Yes" or a "OK" in IE.

I see that in IE, there is a "more options" option. Check if you can proceed to install the software using this.

Have you tried contacting MBA.com ? They have a helpline phone number as well, look for it on their website.

I have just downloaded it with Chrome and Internet Explorer. Your browsers may not be up to date.
You have something funky on your computer. Seems like you are pretty unique and Only you can figure it out.
Disable all the anti-virus/etc crap there may be in the background
