I'm really struggling at doing well on the aforementioned categories in the math section. The rest of the stuff is fairly straightforward, but I can't understand how to do these categories once it gets to even medium level questions. I've tried looking at the stickies here, but I still can't do the practice problems (again, anything past the easy examples are too tough for me) and I've also tried using the Manhattan guides, but I'm not getting any better (the RTD chart I found was more helpful than the strategy discussed here). Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? This is really worrying me, so any help would be great!

I'm not sure if your facing the problem I had. Initially I found it challenging to convert the word problems to math but I improved over time. If you face the same problem I would advice you to work on wordy problems and also have a look at the following link. For probability the OR (adding) and AND(multiplying) part is quite important so that makes life easier.
