I went through all the questions on the official guide, 11th edition (all 3 of them) and did the simulations on the GMAT Prep software 8 times. The result: Q42, V27, Overall: 570. :(

How can I improve? I feel that I haven't improved much since the beginning.

And yes, I also went through all the answers explanations.

Did you use an error log with that OG? Go over and over your errors (work the questions thrice) and also figure out what question types are your weak areas. Then try some MGMAT books for those specific areas. This should correct the defects in your processes.
Good luck & don't give up!

Do not over use the GMAT prep software. After 3-4 tests, questions keep re-appearing and scores you get will be an incorrect estimate of your GMAT score. Instead use sets or if you can afford CATS from Manhattan or Princeton review. Check your local library to see if any GMAT prep books with test CD are available. Public libraries in US usually have them.

I agree, do not over use the GMATprep software. If you know the basics, I would invest in Princeton Review, MGMAT, or Kaplan books to learn some time saving tips. Error log is also a good way to understand your weak areas. Focus on them and your score will improve.

Keep going strong and keep your head up!!
