Generally speaking schools do not release any decisions until the decision release date. So even if you got dinged, you have to wait until then to find out unfortunately. And generally speaking if you are not invited to interview that does mean it's a ding.
In terms of timing of interview invites, MIT, Stanford, Haas, UCLA and Yale all tend to be slower to release invites compared to other top 10 schools, and Stanford & MIT don't always release the invites all at once like most schools tend to. So if you've applied to one of those schools don't lose hope. And it varies a bit by school so even if you applied a school not on that list it doesn't necessarily mean a ding since each school has its own schedule & approach.
