I am absolutely hating my decision to buy eGMAT course, 3 months back. Even after extending the course duration by 1 month and paying extra, my score on Official mocks has improved by only 70 points from 510 at the beginning of the course to 580 now and unable to cross this score despite several attempts.
There was no mentor assigned to me. Would Give only 1 - 2 stars.
Pathetic is the least I can say about eGMAT.

I understand how frustrating it can be to not see much improvement, especially after you have put in so much time and effort into your prep. Our mentors would be more than happy to help you out every step of the way – all you need to do is reach out to them at support@e-gmat.com and they would be able to guide you down the right path.
Despite only a 70 point improvement in the last few months, this is in no way an indication that you have reached your limit or that you are far from your target score. What you need is direction and the right strategy to get you to where you want to be.
