A. Passive construction - "will be" is better than "is said to reach". Also, " by the end of the decade" is modifying "energy" and that is not correct.

B. Correct modifier

C. Passive construction

D. Modification error - cost can't meet safety norms - It should be followed by " nuclear power industry" after the comma.

E. Modification error - Nuclear power industry's cost by the end" is not correct.
