Drawing Venn Diagrams

From statement 1 – I got 0 or 1 Student volunteered to serve on all three committees

From Statement 2 – Not sufficient

From Statements 1 & 2 – I got 0 student volunteered to serve on all three committees

My answer will be C

E !

1) insuff, because we dont know how much serve on two or three together
2) insuff, because we dont know wether the rest serve on two or three
1) + 2) insuff, because we still dont know wether how much serve on two or three at the same time. we only know that two students serve on two committees.

I is insufficient, number could be from 0-2
II is insufficient, number could be from 0-2
I plus II is insufficient, number could be from 0-1 (2 served both first and third committee. Another one served first, Another two served three. So we've got five different people. Committee 2 has two people, there's the six people must be there. However for the last position of committee two, it could be one of the two people who also serve the other two committees, or one of the other people.)

Welcoming Committee 4

The six members of the student council of Westwood High School were waked to serve on three special committees. Each member of the student council volunteered to serve on at least one committee. How many students volunteered to serve on all three committees?
(1) The accompanying chart shows the number of students who volunteered to serve on each committee.
(2) Two students volunteered to serve on both the Activities Committee and the Welcoming Committee.

I go with E

1) the statment says each memeber of the council volunteeder to server on at leat one comitte. This tells you nothing about how may signed up for all 3. and is really useless info

2) Well this still doesn't tell you how many volunteered to serve on all 3. so two students voluntted to serven on both activites and wlecome.... doesn't give you any clue to what the other 4 voluntteered for.

In combination still no help...

So I go E
