i seem to have the toughest time on data suff. questions where i have to think abstractly vis-a-vis large sets of numbers and their properties, (i.e. is 5p/18 an integer... etc...) i just can't seem to crack them as quickly as some of the posters here can. i am taking a class and my instructor said that the gmat tests alot on basic number theory....
i've never even heard of number theory; but now I am interested in learning about it. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any undergraduate texts that would both be appropriate within the context of GMAT prep and approprpriate for a non-math major (farthest I've gone is calc I and I actually enjoyed it)
i noticed
manhattan gmat has a book called number properties.... has anyone used it?
